We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best we can. To ensure the smooth functioning of our scheduling system and to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Rescheduling/Cancellation:
We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for availability.
Cancellation Fee:
In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, or a same day no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and ensures fairness to our staff who have set aside time for your service.
To secure your appointment, a credit card will be held on account, but will never be charged unless the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or same day no-show.
